Brattvag was a long way from Oslo. Nine hours by tourbus. It was a show with ten young bands from the local district, performing a few songs each and a general local culture building show. Good stuff ! THe venue was great and the staff were very professional. TNT finished the evening for everyone and fun was had by all. We didn't really vary the set too much from the tail end of last years touring because of the recording commitments that we have had since then. Climbing back in the bus, we took the nine hour return journey to Lorenskog. This venue was an ice hockey stadium. The support bands were various bands that we'd toured with before including the Rednecks. The sound on stage was great and all our usual crew guys were back in the saddle, it was good to have the team together again after some months. The audience had great singing voices and joined in throughout the show. It was a long night and we finished and finally left the stadium around 0300. All the guys said 'see ya', and I had the fun job of getting to Amsterdam. I think I missed the volcano by the skin of my teeth as they were shutting the UK airports when I landed back in the UK. What a weekend ! See you soon in Larvik and Arundel !!!
