With regard to song writing, I think it's fair to say that Ronni never really seems to stop. He has talked of various ideas he has for the next album, but we have not sat down and gone through them as yet, and indeed it is unlikely that we'll get chance for a few months.

If it was me I would rather just make songs that I WANT to make and not worry about what others may think of them. It's MY work, not the critics or the fans. Right Alex? |

| DCK is so right here. It is not the fans job to tell the musicians what kinds of songs they should write. Artists often make music to satisfy THEMSELVES, and why do you call June a stunt? It's a great 50-60s sounding track with a wonderful arrangement. |

I think Ronni said before they played June live on the 25th anniversary concert, that when they sat down and made that song, they were trying to get that 1920-30 groove going.

And does that opinion have anything to do with an artists integrity and his own need to go his own way and create what he wants?
You're mixing things up Alex. I advice you to be cautious and actually think a bit before you post.
In what you are referring to I am talking as a critic and a fan (you are referring to something I wrote on my forum).
In this case (this thread) I'm talking in defense of artists and their right to keep their integrity and do what they want without people like me or you influencing them.
I know Ronni as much that he does what he wants and he should be applauded for sticking to what he believes in and not giving in to whatever the public wants of him.
If you can't see this difference Alex then I can't help you. |

whew it's hot in here....hey guys tntn will do what it does best give us something really cool to listen to and as far as june they have always done that kind of stuff ...ordinary lover comes to mind also the remake wonderful world it's very queen like ...the band queen.
tony,ronni , diesal and victor ...drink up and get to recording the next masterpiece. oh and have drink on me whle recording.

I think what ever they decide to write and record is up to them
