i live in new york(buffalo) and i want to order "live in madrid" dvd. (i need a ntsc version) i contacted mtm-music and they told me it is only available in (pal) and if i wanted a ntsc version i would have to order 1000 copies and pay upfront!!!! this fuckin blows! hey tnt, i have been a fan from the very beginning and i need this dvd to complete my collection of the bands work!! can you guys help in any way? ............cought between two tigers...................

hello fellow fans...first off, i am not positive that buying a pal/ntsc player would assure me that it would still display proper on my t.v. and, i really dont want to buy one to just play one dvd. mtm should just step up to the plate!!!

With a 2 area DVD player it WILL play. Most US DVD players even have this option now. If you dont wanna buy one then tough luck...you wont be able to get the DVD. Dont expect MTM or anyone else in the label/band/whateva helping out because it's close to impossible to do anything about it.

Maybe Tony can work something out but I doubt he can do very much. He's very disappointed himself about this obviously...as anyone would be.

maybe our american friend he has right.
some televisions in u.s. are able only to ntsc.
but if your tv is able to pal then it worth to buy a pal ntsc dvd.
most of them are region free as dck says.
besides most of music dvd haven't region limitation.
i'm sure you will find plenty of intersting pal dvd's.
after all the superiority of pal is visible...

my fellow fans...my fustration grows as i sit here listening to "all the way to the sun" cd, wanting the new dvd more than ever. i e-mailed tonys press rep. to see if he can help. (his personal e-mail did not seem to be working) right now i am listening to "too late" off the cd. and that is exactly how i am beginning to feel about getting this live dvd.

Well... I don't have a fancy multi-playback system and also have a fairly ancient television: I ordered the dvd from amazon in japan and it plays correctly with no problems. ESPO who is also in the USA ordered the dvd for himself and one for his brother from another company and he wrote that it works with no problem for him. That being said, multi-format dvd players are sold for less than 100 dollars. Even so, I am sure the DVD will eventually be distributed in the US, but for the time being, ordering from overseas is the only way. Good luck!

fans in the u.s need region 1 encoding. also, rock girl didnt you read my previos post. 1000 copies must be preordered and paid for before a ntsc version is made!!!!

the dvd david is regionfree!!!!!
afterall it is not copy protected...
you can make a copy removing the region if exists...
besides you can watch it on pc.
you can also make a copy to ntsc if you have the program or if you go to a professional..

there are two different things...
you can play it at your pc with no problems...
and i'm sure 99% on your dvd player.

Hello to all of you! Hey David, even in Mexico you can buy a dvd player that plays both ntsc and pal! and by the way let me tell to all of you that is very HARD to find the Tnt dvd here! and one more thing, i want a dvd with all the Tnt videos!!! we deserv it!!
