Met up with Shaun@DEF and Darlise last night and saw Extreme in Southampton.
The band were incredible. They played songs from all their albums and got the perfect blend of songs. They were on for 2 hours too.
Nuno Bettencourt was on fire!!
Well worth going to see if they are in your area.

...We can always rely on you to defy the laws of the English language!!! (I'll leave you to find your spelling error this time!!! )
...Not wrong about the gig - Extreme were excellent (Even that bloke from 'The Darkness' seemed to be enjoying them!)
...And it was great to 'host' our Norweigan friend for a change - Where DID she get all that hair???!!! |

I heard that the Southampton gig was better than the gig in Glasgow, so then it must have been a blast, coz the gig in Glasgow was awsome. _________________ Take it like a man -Woman! |

...I can just see the album cover now: You sat on a bale of straw with a twig hanging out the side of your mouth and a seven-string electric Ukelele in one hand!!! |

Darlis her self had a great time Thanks for the hospitality and company! Next time maybe you'll even recognise me, Shaun
Southampton was better then Glasgow, London even better!! Astoria was packed with a crazy audience - I ended up next to two swedish guys actually hehe. Extreme ended the gig together with Hotleg doin 3 Queen songs in memory of Freddie Mercury (he died on the 24th of November).
From what I hear they're gonna be back in Europe this summer so I cant wait |
