Tor Idar Larsen: Likewise, you should keep your comments at the BS society; practice what you preach. You've still never given me (or anyone else) reasonable or rational argument, just anger and abusiveness (like last time). Look at how vicious (meow!) your statements are (like last time again; déjà vu). At least I'm not getting my panties in a knot over this...oh, and I still love the new disc.

I have to admit that i found the album on the net, and have listened to it several times. Embarassed Embarassed ( I gonna buy it ofcourse )

I see some "professors" call it a bad album after 3 samples that is 30 seconds Shocked Confused Razz Question Question

Its strange and in fact a evidence that confirm my theories.

When Harnell had Question to leave the band, some people really started their bashing. ( Ronni's smoking etc ), i knew then that no matter what Territory sounded like, these guy's would say that its suck.

But when they starting this shit after 3 samples.......only one word pop up in my mind STUPID!!

Territory is not my favorite TNT album but Atlanis is amazing.
Only the 3 first one ( with Harnell ) is better if you ask me.

Everybody have right to like the music they will, but if people hate TNT so much, why post it here when they got their own "bashingforum" Question

This things have gotten so far that i start to wonder if its organized.

I dont go to the forums of all the bands i hate to tell they are bad. Why the hell should i do that Question

I stick to the bands i like, and this forum would be mutch better if more people did that.

Music its art and bands who works many months dont deserve this shit.

TNT make music they like, and its good that they go in different directions.
Its so many other bands from the 80's that make exactly the same music now that they did decades ago just to please fans and make money.

TNT do what they believe in and show us that they are real artist and not only thinking of bucks Cool

PS. This post is only my toughts and i guess some professors will arrest me on several points here, but thats ok Razz Cool

Why on earth are you trying to pick a fight with me? Just find a chair and listen to your CD's and enjoy whatever you want to enjoy.

What written on this forum is bashing of TNT?

My stand on the subject is that Atlantis goes in a direction where my music taste is now following. I like other stuff instead, like the new Buckcherry album. Is that bad for you? Are you very upset because of it? Then I'm sorry. Next time I will lie and say "I love it sooo much".

i hope thats not aimed at me. what i have been saying is that that the industry is based around 30-second-samples. what happens most the time is a band release their new album, people go on to itunes (or whatever online store they prefer) and listen to some samples. then the back catalogue pops up and people buy one of the old albums instead. then the old album may even hit the charts. (i.e. metallica)

and my opinion on terri (and eventually) antlantis have nothing to do with harnell. i think terri is OK, but thats not enough for me to play it very much. i can just wish that i will love Atlantis so i can prove my point to you. how the hell am i gonna show you how i feel ABOUT THE MUSIC other than say it here? i could easily say i LOVE terri, and by that keep you pretty much quiet, but im not like that.

sorry dennis and pest. you can poke all you want. i dont care enough to follow.

I see that the album already has gotten mixed reviews and feelings. So happy that it arrived in the mail today, this will be very interesting to say the least. I'll make my own review in a couple of days when the album have sunk in. Time for Hello, Hello Smile

Me too, but I think I'm gonna pass on this release. A bit disappointed...I was hoping for something that really sparked some interest in TNT again. Better than Territory for sure with some great vocal & guitar work, but not in my current taste bracket. Sad

I`ve been spinning "Atlantis" alot for the last couple of days , and I am pleased to say that for me this is probably the best album they have released in some time. I find the album better overall than at least both "All The Way To The Sun" and "The New Territory". My favorite tracks at the moment are Hello , Hello , Peter Sellers Blues , Had It - Lost It - Found It and last but not least Me And Dad. The later song is a instant classic in my opinion , great atmospheric ballad with a killer middle section. The production of the album is great , and once again I think the TNT sound is mixed with some new elements (tango anyone?) with great results. For me , "Atlantis" continues the tradition of not releasing the same TNT album twice , and once again I`m not disapointed.

I've had a quick look through my 'Collins Concise Dictionary' (The one I use to make up lyrics!!!) and if you use the following words: 'Aardvark, decimetre, minestrone, postiche and spatterdash' you will have used every English word ever invented!!! Shocked

I take my hat(s) off to you all and have now decided to learn 'Welsh' to redress the balance of power Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Dennis, Taste of Honey is growing on me too. It has a sweet(pun intended) Daisy Jayne vibe to me.
